I am having problem viewing the videos that are in their own video player. I have no problem playing the regular flash videos.

In an attempt to resolve this issue myself, I just installed the latest Java, Flash, and Shockwave plugins. But no difference.

Oooh bugger. We can't have that. I've had a poke around and I can't see anything wrong though.

Can I ask what version of what browswer you're using? And have the videos ever worked for you, or have they always been rumped?

I am using Microsoft Internet Explorer 8. I have a high-speed cable connection to the Internet.

The videos that haven't worked for me are new ones like "I Like Beef" and "Fruit and Veg". It playes but refuses to buffer properly, causing the audio not to sync with the animation. So far, it's only these that won't work.

I have never gotten them to work on my computer. I haven't had a chance to test them on another computer.

The only one that I have tested that is within it's own video player that works without any problems is "Cow Song".

As a test, I right-clicked on the video (I Like Beef) while it was playing, and manually switched to low-quality mode, and that forced it to work normally.

I noticed that for the videos that have their own player, you are using JW Player. I did a search on my problem and found something that may fix the issue.
